Annual General Membership Meeting:
Resident participation is welcome and encouraged! Annual meetings typically occur during the first quarter of each year. Specific dates are announced at the beginning of the year via our website, email newsletter, a mailed newsletter for those without computers or internet connections. Official ‘save the date’ postcards are also sent to homeowners via USPS two weeks before the meeting.

HOA Board Meetings:
The volunteer HOA Board meets regularly to discuss concerns of the neighborhood and to conduct business as needed. These are open meetings. Residents are welcome and encouraged to attend!
We typically schedule meetings for the first Thursday of the month from 6:30pm-8:00pm. Meeting details are included in the monthly email newsletters. There may be times this meeting date changes due to holidays or personal responsibilities of the Board. Meeting minutes are made available following the Board’s approval.
