Construction has begun! As promised, the street construction project has started right on time. The first day of work has shown some instant, dramatic changes with the tree removal portion starting in Phase 1, which consists of South Conser and North Robinson. If you live on those streets and are interested in obtaining quotes from Miles Construction for expanding driveways, the deadline for that is Monday April 5. Reach out to Whitney Miles with the Contracting Co. as soon as possible.
The Street page on our Milburn Fields website has been updated with all the important contact information. Check it out here!
Also started – the removal of Streetlights. The streets are a lot darker at night, and to help deter potential crime, Jason Hussey with OP Public Works reached out to the OPPD to help with extra patrol at night. Also, let’s all turn on our front lights to help too!
Next up, the Annual Membership Meeting: Saturday April 24th, 10:30 am
Attendance is open to homeowners, trustees, and renters.
