The Milburn Fields HOA Board is comprised of seven (7) unpaid volunteers, defined as Directors in our by-laws, who serve a two year term, and are dedicated to our neighborhood and those things that make it such a great place to live.
Directors are elected at the Annual Meeting based on odd and even years and Director position number. Directors 1, 3, 5, & 7 are elected on odd years and Directors 2, 4, & 6 are elected on even years.
Directors then select officers annually at the next board meeting following the annual meeting. Those officers are President, Vice-President, Secretary, and Treasurer.

Email: Newsletters are emailed monthly. Send us your current email address to receive. We also welcome suggestions and event announcements directly related to the neighborhood. If you are a resident, either owner, renter, or landlord, and would like to receive our monthly newsletter, please send us your name, address, phone number, and email address to milburnfieldsjoco@gmail.com. If we do not have your email address a mailed printed version of the newsletter is sent out on a quarterly basis.
