The Milburn Fields HOA Board is comprised of seven (7) unpaid volunteers, defined as Directors in our by-laws, who serve a two year term, and are dedicated to our neighborhood and those things that make it such a great place to live.
Directors are elected at the Annual Meeting based on odd and even years and Director position number. Directors 1, 3, 5, & 7 are elected on odd years and Directors 2, 4, & 6 are elected on even years.
Directors then select officers annually at the next board meeting following the annual meeting. Those officers are President, Vice-President, Secretary, and Treasurer.

- Important – It is your responsibility to know our Facebook Rules: Our private Facebook Group exists to foster the connection of our community and will be a positive, pro-active information center to all residents, renters, and landlords of Milburn Fields. Our group is moderated by posted rules which you need to be familiar with and adhere to in order to remain a member of the group. The Board has the right to remove anyone and has adopted a zero-tolerance policy on any negative communications. Violating any rule will result in members being permanently blocked from the group.
