JoCo Housing Services Minor Home Rehabilitation Program
Need some assistance maintaining your home or modifying it for accessibility needs? The Johnson County Housing Services Minor Home Rehabilitation Program has funding available to assist qualifying Overland Park homeowners with minor home repairs and accessibility modifications:
- Plumbing
- Electric
- Roof
- Windows / Doors
- Furnace
- Bath modifications
- Ramps

Free Residential Security Surveys
The Overland Park Police Department offers free residential security surveys. Your home will be evaluated for security, and recommendations are made to help make your home a more safe and secure place. The survey evaluates locks, hardware, alarm systems, windows, and garage areas.
