I hope everyone had a great Memorial Day Weekend! The sun was out and the rain held off for a great few days. There has been some recent homes sold – please help welcome new neighbors. The next yard of the month award goes to 7100 Conser! The Board awards each month a $25 gift card in recognition to homes that help keep our neighborhood beautiful with a well-maintained, fresh appearance. The perk of all the rain is that it helps keep our grass green and flowers blooming (albeit with more mowing).
