Topics We’ll Discuss:
Backyard Chickens: The Board plans to propose a question to the membership regarding the acceptance of chickens within Milburn Fields. There are certain lot-size restrictions put forth by the city that limits a majority of our neighborhood, however there are some that could qualify. Please know that if you’re planning to apply for the pilot program, understand that the membership vote may prevent you from acquiring them.

LAST CALL FOR SUBMISSIONS…Neighborhood Signage voting:
Now that the street project is complete, we would like to proceed with a design for the city to install street pole signage at the main intersections and corners of our neighborhood. We will have a few options for voting at our meeting! Email your submission to milburnfieldsjoco@gmail.com
