Welcome a new month!
FINAL REMINDER: HOA fees are due now. A final dues letter will be mailed to the remaining residences this week. We deposit checks received as quickly as possible but the quickest way to pay is on our website via PayPal. If you have any questions, email us at milburnfieldsjoco@gmail.com
- Pay by PayPal: Go to the HOA website at www.milburnfieldsop.com. In the right-hand column, enter your address & phone number in the boxes & click the PAY NOW button. Please note there is a $7.00 service fee when paying by PayPal.
February 7th is the extended deadline for payment. Your trash service will be discontinued if late and a 10% penalty will be assessed prior to trash service reinstated. If you prefer to use another trash company, only submit the HOA portion of dues totaling $12.00. Make payable to Milburn Fields HOA.
NEW: You can drop off your check in a sealed envelope to Justin at 7124 Conser.
You may also mail to P.O. Box 4277, Overland Park, KS 66204
New Overland Park Ordinance: Backyard Chickens
The Board plans to propose a question to the membership regarding the acceptance of chickens within Milburn Fields. There are certain lot-size restrictions put forth by the city that limits a majority of our neighborhood, however there are some that could qualify. Please know that if you’re planning to apply for the pilot program, understand that the membership vote may prevent you from acquiring them.
