Fall Weather is my favorite!
We would like to start this month off saying that we hope everyone enjoyed the Halloween Parade / Neighborhood gathering over the weekend! It was a great turn out – and more than our event last year! The Board would like to especially recognize and thank Lee Bates for his help in securing extra tables and allowing us to use his electrical outlets to supply power for Sheridan’s Ice Cream!
Tree Replacements are still in process. I have spoken with Jason and other City officials to help finish this up. There seems to have been some miscommunication from Miles and the Landscaping contractor in flags being distributed. I will have more information in the coming weeks, and Jason and I will stay in contact to help communicate updates.
Please SLOW DOWN. Now that construction is complete we’ve seen more than our usual speedy drivers throughout our streets. We recognize that it might not be our own residents to blame – but just a friendly reminder to please slow down and watch for kiddos, dogs, walking neighbors, etc.
We want to bring back the Yard of the Month: Holiday Decor for December – so get those lights, wreaths, blow up figures ready to go! We’ll award a winner at the end of the year!
The End-of-year planning has begun! The Board will soon be preparing the annual dues letters for distribution. To ensure we have your correct / updated contact information (We send via email if we have your email address) please head to our website and complete the form on the homepage if your information should be updated.
