Trash Service Reminder:
Yard Waste Pickup is back! Please be aware of the rules for trash, recycling, and yard waste – all of the most important information is listed on the Milburn Fields website.
The city has other rules also, OP states trash bins need to be out of sight from the front of your home. Read more about the policy here. The HOA does report improper trash bin storage & may result in a fine to the resident from the city.
HOA By-Laws Highlight:
Overland Park City laws states that each household may have no more than 2 dogs. The HOA by-laws state that only 2 dogs and 2 cats are allowed per household. Please keep in mind that the HOA and/or neighbors are able to report any violations to the city.
