Annual HOA Meeting: The HOA Board has been at work putting together an agenda for the 2019 neighborhood meeting and are excited to share some of the items and details that plan to be discussed. The meeting will be next month, on April 4th at 6:30 PM at the Overland Park First Assembly of God. It is the same location as last year – 7700 W. 75th St., at the corner of Robinson and 75th.

- Review 2018 Meeting Notes
- Approval of 2018 Year End & 2019 Budget
- Election of select Board Member positions
- Dues: History and proposed changes
- Neighborhood Events
- Yard of the Month Committee (asking for volunteers)

- Janee Hanzlick, County Commissioner 4th District – Widening I-35 at 75th
- Bryan Toben, Dir. OP Recreation Services – Marty Pool, Young’s Pool
- Rebecca Galati, KCP&L Community Mgr – Energy reliability in neighborhood

Neighborhood Housekeeping Notes:
Please be aware of you pets. Cats roaming and dogs barking can create unease and an annoyance for your neighbors. The HOA by-laws state that a household should have no more than 2 dogs and the City of OP has an number of regulations concerning animals, barking dogs, and dog waste. Contact the city to report any issues here: Animal Control.
Please stow trash bins out of sight. The city states trash bins need to be out of sight from the front of your home. The HOA does report improper trash bin storage & may result in a fine to the resident from the city. Read more about the policy here.
