Bag your leaves & Help a neighbor
The trash service will take up to 10 brown paper bags of yard waste and leaves per household. With the amount of leaves and trees in our neighborhood, our streets quickly fill up with leaves, with the streets and sidewalks start to become covered.
Mulching your leaves is also great for your lawn. Nutrients from the leaves will breakdown over the winter to help feed your lawn.
The HOA wants to thank you! The neighborhood night out and bbq was fun and we’re sorry for the weather impacting our plans and needing to reschedule so much. It was great to meet some of the neighbors.
Halloween was a hit this year!
As usual, there was a lot of foot-traffic with the kiddos this year. We announced a new ‘scare of the month’ this year to promote a spirited and fun decoration contest, and happy to see that so many neighbors were out and about this year for the holiday.
Newton Street out-did themselves again:
The Hankins family and their ‘Nightmare on Newton’ display help raise money towards a great cause – and they even handed out homemade cotton candy! The HOA will award them the winning prize for overall decorations, the great cause, and the extra effort to celebrate the season.
Honorable Mentions go out to everyone that was in the spooky spirit this year!
