After what feels like the hottest and longest summer, we welcome cooler weather and the autumn season. Fall brings lots of beautiful color changes to our neighborhood and we have some great opportunities to get out and meet with neighbors! Read below to see all events happening soon!

Neighborhood Night Out – NEW DATE, Oct 14th
We’ve been planning and want to get the word out that the HOA plans to hold a neighborhood get-together Sunday, Oct. 14th. The HOA will be contribute hot dogs, cutlery, plates and napkins. Come and meet some new neighbors!
Here are the details:
- Oct. 14th – from 3:00-6:00 PM in the North Conser cul-de-sac
- Pot Luck, please bring something to share
- Even house numbers: Casserole, Side, or Chips
- Odd house numbers: Dessert
- BYOB (bring your own beverage)
- BYOC (bring your own chair)
We’ll have some fun family games – so bring the family! Head to our Facebook Page to answer the poll so we can gauge how many hot dogs we should prepare.

Yard of the Month: October
Congratulations to 7616 W. 74th Street for winning the final prize this year! The Milburn Fields Volunteer Yard of the Month Judges loved all the decor, colorful flowers, and green grass! Enjoy the $25 gift certificate (bragging rights included) and the HOA Board thanks you for great job maintaining your home’s exterior and landscape.
