BBQ Grilling Season

Political Yard Signs
With the primary voting season quickly approaching, you may already start to see political signs popping up. The state of Kansas, and Overland Park, has rules and regulations to keep in mind when placing signage. The OP website has the list of rules for placing signs on private property. Check it out here!
For the 2018 election season:
- Signs for the Aug. 7 primary may be posted June 23 through Aug. 9.
- Signs for the Nov. 6 general election may be posted Sept. 22 through Nov. 8.

Yard of the month – July

The Milburn Fields Volunteer Yard of the Month Judges regularly canvas the neighborhood looking for stunning yards. During the summer, a winner is chosen each month and awarded a $25 gift certificate (with bragging rights) for an exceptional job maintaining their home’s exterior and landscape.
