It’s spooky season, sweater weather, finally fall!
The block party will be a Halloween themed ice cream social – you’re invited!
- We will have the Neon Palm italian ice cream trailer – Free!
- Bring your own chair, drinks, snacks, etc.
- See you there!
HOA Trash Information:
The HOA contract with GFL as the neighborhood trash servicer has some updates. Review the Milburn Fields Website Trash section here.
- Bulky Item pickup accepted items list is updated on the Milburn Fields website.
- Each resident is limited to 1 bulky item a year. Additional items for an extra charge. Call to schedule directly with GFL (816-380-5595)
- Yard Waste bags should be lightweight
- Bins are no longer accepted per GFL new policy
- Bundle your limbs (max length of 4-feet)
- 7am Friday pickup weekly

Reminder, monthly Board meetings are open to all and we try to schedule for the first Thursday of the month we plan to meet – more information can be found on our website here.
