2025 HOA Dues: the Board starts to work on year-end reporting and the next year budget. The GFL contract pricing Please be on the lookout for more updates on 2025 fees. HOA Dues are collected in December and January each year (deadline February 1st).
Marty Park – Exciting News: the Board has been in contact with the OP Parks and Rec team and we are partnering to help collect neighborhood feedback on the project ! Once we have updated information, we will send a separate email. In the meantime, find the current project information here.

HOA Trash Information:
The HOA’s renewed contract with GFL as the neighborhood trash servicer has some updates. Review the Milburn Fields Website Trash section here.
- Bulky Item pickup is limited to 1 item a year. Additional items for an extra charge. Call to schedule directly with GFL (816-380-5595)
- Yard Waste bags should be lightweight
- Bins are no longer accepted per GFL new policy
- Bundle your limbs (max length of 4-feet)
- No changes to 7am Friday pickup
Discrimination Complaints: The Board provides you with this update: HUD found no evidence to support the claims and the complaint was dismissed.
Board Meetings: A quick reminder that monthly Board meetings are open to all! We try to schedule for the first Thursday of the month we plan to meet – more information can be found on our website here. The next meetings are scheduled for November 7th and December 5th. Meetings start at 6:30 pm at the Panera at 75th and Antioch. We are exploring new locations to meet – more information soon!
