Yearly Trash Fees are due ASAP. To account for the increased fuel surcharge from GFL, the fee breakdown for each house for Trash is $218 ($18.16 per month) + $12 HOA dues = $230 total.
Dues deadline extended: Please no later than February 15th. If not paid by that date, trash service will be discontinued and a late fee of 10% will be due before trash service is reinstated. If you prefer to use another trash company, only submit the HOA portion of dues totaling $12.00. Payment options are:
- Pay by Check: Make payable to Milburn Fields HOA. Mail to P.O. Box 4277, Overland Park, KS 66204
- Pay by PayPal: Go to the HOA website at www.milburnfieldsop.com. In the right-hand column, enter your address & phone number in the boxes & click the PAY NOW button. Please note there is a $9.00 service fee when paying by PayPal.

Reminder: YOTM awards are on pause throughout the winter months, but will soon pick back up in May!
Annual Membership Meeting: The Board is hard at work planning for the 2023 annual meeting! We plan to hold the meeting on April 1st at the same church as before, OP Assembly of God at 75th and Robinson. We hope to line up some great guest speakers and will share an ‘official’ save the date soon!
Board Meetings: A quick reminder that monthly Board meetings are open to all! We try to meet on the first Thursday of each month – more information can be found on our website here. The February meeting is this rescheduled to later in the month so the Board can work to collect dues. Next meeting date 2/16.
By-laws update: We’ve discussed at our annual meeting that we are working to update and reformat our association’s bylaws to be easier to understand and consistent with other associations. We welcome you to review the working draft which we plan to review at the November Board meeting. The official Bylaws will be finalized for membership voting approval by the Annual Meeting next year.
