- HOA Garage Sale Weekend: dates are planned for September 27 & 28.
- Block Party: Pending date October 25th. Please reach out if you’d like to volunteer or help plan a fun event!
- Bulky Item Pickup with GFL. Pending dates October 3rd or 10th. Registration required, click here!
September is the last month we honor a neighbor keeping up with their watering, keeping up with any outdoor painting, or updates. Halloween decor and Holiday decor will be next!

HOA Trash Information:
The HOA contract with GFL as the neighborhood trash servicer has some updates. Review the Milburn Fields Website Trash section here.
- Bulky Item pickup is limited to 1 item a year. Additional items for an extra charge. Call to schedule directly with GFL (816-380-5595)
- Yard Waste bags should be lightweight
- Bins are no longer accepted per GFL new policy
- Bundle your limbs (max length of 4-feet)
- No changes to 7am Friday pickup
