Spring is officially here!
The HOA Annual Meeting is scheduled for April 6th, at 2:30 – 4:00 pm. It will be held in the same location as last year, the big meeting room in the Central Resource Library at 87th Street and Farley. Please try to attend as participation is encouraged and this is the yearly meeting that outlines some neighborhood event planning. We also want to hear your feedback on all things in and around Milburn Fields.

HOA Trash Information:
The HOA contract with GFL as the neighborhood trash servicer has some updates. Review the Milburn Fields Website Trash section here.
- Bulky Item pickup is limited to 1 item a year. Additional items for an extra charge. Call to schedule directly with GFL (816-380-5595)
- Yard Waste bags should be lightweight
- Bins are no longer accepted per GFL new policy
- Bundle your limbs (max length of 4-feet)
- No changes to 7am Friday pickup
Board Meetings: The next Board meeting is tentatively scheduled for Thursday, June 5th at 6:30 PM. We will meet online and you are welcome to join: Click here for the calendar meeting link. Reminder, monthly Board meetings are open to all and we try to schedule for the first Thursday of the month we plan to meet – more information can be found on our website here.

The City began construction on the new Farmers’ Market and Downtown Gathering Space Improvement project in December 2024. The project website will be updated throughout construction.
The 2025 market season will take place at Matt Ross Community Center to allow space for the Farmers’ Market and Downtown Gather Space Improvement Project. Check out the OP website to learn more!
