Summer Heat and Back to School!
A heatwave is back and school starts this month! East Antioch first day of school is August 13th. Please be aware as kids start walking in the mornings and afternoons. The Annual Garage Sale is announced for the weekend of September 27 & 28 (which is the same weekend as the OP Fall Festival). The Board will set out new and improved garage sale signage to help boost your sales 🙂
Chalk the Walk in Milburn Fields!
The Board will have chalk provided and will set up an area on 72nd Terrace and Newton – look for yard signs! You can decorate on the stretch of sidewalk, or wherever you’d like.Â
Create and submit your original artwork to the City using the QR code between August 1-15, 2024. Voting takes place August 16-22, with winners announced by the City on August 23. Read the rules and more here.

The summer heat has set! We are happy to give showcase the August Yard of the Month winner, 7309 Robinson!
