Annual HOA Meeting: Please plan to attend the yearly neighborhood meeting on April 4th at 6:30 PM at the Overland Park First Assembly of God. It is the same location as last year – 7700 W. 75th St., at the corner of Robinson and 75th.

We will be voting on open positions to serve on the board of the Milburn Fields HOA. If you would like to volunteer and be a part of neighborhood events, be sure to come to the annual meeting for voting!
Trash Service Reminder:
Yard Waste Pickup is back! Please be aware of the rules for trash, recycling, and yard waste – all of the most important information is listed on the Milburn Fields website.
The city has other rules also, OP states trash bins need to be out of sight from the front of your home. Read more about the policy here. The HOA does report improper trash bin storage & may result in a fine to the resident from the city.
