Neighborhood Garage Sale!

Hopefully you’ve started prepping for the neighborhood garage sale, set for September 21-22! The HOA will help in promoting the weekend event with signage near neighborhood entrances. We’ll publish to popular resources to promote!

Milburn Fields Neighborhood Night Out

We’ve been planning and want to get the word out that the HOA plans to hold a neighborhood get-together. The date has been set: Sunday, Oct. 7th. The HOA will be contribute hot dogs, cutlery, plates and napkins.

Here are the details:

Oct. 7th – from 3:00-6:00 PM in the North Conser cul-de-sac
Pot Luck, please bring something to share
- Even house numbers: Casseroles, Side, or Chips
- Odd house numbers: Dessert
BYOB (bring your own beverage)
BYOC (bring your own chair)

We’ll have some fun family games – so bring the family! Head to our Facebook Page to answer the poll so we can gauge how many hot dogs we should prepare.

Congratulations to 7515 W 71st Street for winning the prize this month! The Milburn Fields Volunteer Yard of the Month Judges loved all the decor, colorful flowers, and green grass! Enjoy the $25 gift certificate (bragging rights included) and the HOA Board thanks you for great job maintaining your home’s exterior and landscape.
