Winter Weather Snow on December 1st!
Fall weather was short lived and the new month brought an early snowfall.
The HOA Board is hard at work with the end-of-year planning for 2026. The time is now to start collecting dues for next year. The official invoice will be mailed or emailed later in December for formal notice & dues collection.
2026 Trash fees are increasing by 6%. GFL contract states there will be an annual increase in rates. If you wish to opt-out of the HOA trash service, notify the Board and only pay the $12 annual dues. The breakdown for 2026 HOA dues are calculated as follows:
Total HOA Trash Monthly cost: $5,901.31
Monthly Per Homeowner: $22.18
Homeowner Yearly: $267.00 (rounded up)
HOA Dues: $12
Total amount due: $279.00
- If not paid by February 1st a late fee of 10% will be added and subject to trash service discontinued – GFL will arrange for pickup of trash bins.
- If using PayPal there will be $11 service fee applied. (Total $290)
Here are ways to pay your dues:
- Mail your check to PO Box 4277 – Overland Park, KS 66204
- Hand-deliver to the post office at 80th and Conser
- Pay on the Milburn Fields Website with PayPal
- Pay today via PayPal – use this button:
No Changes to HOA Trash Service
- Bulky Item pickup accepted items list is updated on the Milburn Fields website.
- Each resident is limited to 1 bulky item a year. Additional items for an extra charge. Call to schedule directly with GFL (816-380-5595)
- Yard Waste bags should be lightweight
- Bins are no longer accepted per GFL new policy
- Bundle your limbs (max length of 4-feet)
- 7am Friday pickup weekly
