Yards – We love green and colorful yards that are maintained and well taken care of each week. If you are not a green thumb, you are not alone. Reach out to your board or neighbor for advice and we would love to talk with you about ideas to help with your yard! Please do what you can to maintain your yard!! It’s that time of the year where the colors are beginning to change and the leaves beginning to fall, which means raking will be in full force!! The trees are always so beautiful and then the leaves fall and it creates so much work, but it’s very worth it!! Yard Waste is taken with your trash up until the last Friday of December 15th!
Neighborhood Watch – Remember to look out and take care of your neighbor! We all live here and it’s important to be cognizant of your neighbors and be respectful!!
Happy Hours – Help us keep the camaraderie and neighborhood involvement alive! We feel that knowing your neighbors cultivates a warm, inviting place to live. Each month we would love to get neighbors together and socialize. Get outside and mingle!!
Contact Information – If the HOA does not have your email address or phone number… please get it to one of the Board members! We are hoping to provide a directory on our website… it will help encourage getting to know our neighbors.
Careforce – Neighbors helping neighbors. Think about it and get out there and help your neighbor. Maybe pull in a trash can or a paper, or just check in on your neighbor and ask them how they are doing!!
