Yards<\/strong> \u2013 We love green and colorful yards that are maintained and well taken care of each week.\u00a0<\/strong> <\/span>If you are not a green thumb, you are not alone.\u00a0 Reach out to your board or neighbor for advice and we would love to talk with you about ideas to help with your yard!\u00a0\u00a0 Please do what you can to maintain your yard!!\u00a0 It’s that time of the year where the colors are beginning to change and the leaves beginning to fall, which means raking will be in full force!!\u00a0 The trees are always so beautiful and then the leaves fall and it creates so much work, but it’s very worth it!!\u00a0 Yard Waste is taken with your trash up until the last Friday of December 15th!<\/p>\n

Neighborhood Watch<\/strong> – Remember to look out and take care of your neighbor!\u00a0 We all live here and it’s important to be cognizant of your neighbors and be respectful!!<\/p>\n

Happy Hours<\/strong> \u2013 Help us keep the\u00a0camaraderie and neighborhood involvement alive!\u00a0 We feel that knowing your neighbors cultivates a warm, inviting place to live.\u00a0 Each month we would love to get neighbors together and socialize.\u00a0 Get outside and mingle!!\u00a0 <\/span><\/p>\n

Contact Information<\/strong> \u2013 If the HOA does not have your email address or phone number\u2026 please get it to one of the Board members!\u00a0 We are hoping to provide a directory on our website\u2026 it will help encourage getting to know our neighbors.<\/p>\n

Careforce <\/strong>\u2013 Neighbors helping neighbors.\u00a0\u00a0Think about it and get out there and help your neighbor.\u00a0 Maybe pull in a trash can or a paper, or just check in on your neighbor and ask them how they are doing!!<\/p>\n
