The time is now to start collecting dues for next year. The official invoice will be mailed or emailed later in December for formal notice &amp; dues collection.<br><br><strong>2026 Trash fees are increasing by 6%. <\/strong>GFL contract states there will be&nbsp;an annual&nbsp;increase in rates. If you wish to opt-out of the HOA trash service, notify the Board and only pay the $12 annual dues. The breakdown for 2026 HOA dues are calculated as follows:<br><br><strong>Total HOA Trash Monthly cost: <\/strong>$5,901.31&nbsp;<br><strong>Monthly Per Homeowner:<\/strong> $22.18&nbsp;<br><strong>Homeowner Yearly:<\/strong> $267.00 (rounded up)&nbsp;<br><strong>HOA Dues: <\/strong>$12<br><strong><u>Total amount due: $279.00<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If not paid by February 1st a late fee of 10% will be added and subject to trash service discontinued &#8211; GFL will arrange for pickup of trash bins.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If using PayPal there will be $11\u00a0service fee applied. (Total $290)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Here are ways to pay your dues:&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Mail your check to PO Box 4277 &#8211; Overland Park, KS 66204<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hand-deliver to the post office at 80th and Conser\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pay on the Milburn Fields Website with PayPal<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pay today via PayPal\u00a0&#8211; use this\u00a0button:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.paypal.com\/ncp\/payment\/7V49J32E2VDF2\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\" noreferrer noopener\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"171\" height=\"62\" src=\"https:\/\/milburnfieldsop.com\/home\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/paypal-button.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3217\" style=\"width:265px;height:auto\"\/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>No Changes to HOA Trash Service<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Bulky Item pickup accepted items list <strong>is updated<\/strong> on the Milburn Fields website.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Each resident is limited to 1 bulky item a year. Additional items for an extra charge.
