2025 HOA Dues:<\/strong> the Board starts to work on year-end reporting and the next year budget. The GFL contract pricing  Please be on the lookout for more updates on 2025 fees. HOA Dues are collected in December and January each year (deadline February 1st). <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Marty Park – Exciting News: <\/strong>the Board has been in contact with the OP Parks and Rec team and we are partnering to help collect neighborhood feedback on the project ! Once we have updated information, we will send a separate email. In the meantime, find the current project information here. <\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n
