If you have a bulky item that you didn’t sell or want to have it removed, be sure to register for the Milburn Fields Bulky Item Pickup<\/a> event – more details below!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

LOOK AHEAD – HOA Dues…<\/em><\/strong> the last four months of the year means that the Board starts to work on year-end reporting and the next year budget. Please be on the lookout for more updates on 2025 fees. HOA Dues are collected in December and January each year (deadline February 1st).\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n
