February is the month of going all in on Red – Go CHIEFS! <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Swifties will pick up on the ‘red’ reference, but also happy Valentine’s day \ud83d\ude42

HOA Fees are due now. February 7th<\/strong>\u00a0is the extended deadline for the final residents who have not yet paid. Late fines of 10% and trash service will be cancelled if not received.\u00a0If you prefer to use another trash company, only submit the HOA portion of dues totaling $12.00.

The Board is planning for a block party the first or second week in May. This is the same party we had to reschedule from October. We have some ideas to reserve the Antioch Acres shelter – but would love to hear your input. Send us an email!<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Discrimination Complaints:<\/strong> The Board was notified by the Kansas Human Rights Commission that the investigation of the\u00a0discrimination \/ harassment\u00a0complaint<\/a>\u00a0was completed\u00a0and no probable cause was found to support the claims.\u00a0
The Board will update you on the resolution of the pending\u00a0HUD complaint<\/a>\u00a0as soon as we can.
Board Meetings: <\/strong>A quick reminder that\u00a0monthly Board meetings are open to all! We try to meet on the first Thursday of each month – more information can be found on our website here.<\/a>\u00a0The next meeting is scheduled for March 7th. The Board typically meets\u00a0at the Panera at 75th and Antioch at 6:30 pm.
