By now, you should have received the official HOA dues letter for 2024, which was sent last week. If you are on our email list, you should have received it via email on Friday. The letter was mailed via USPS if we do not have your email address or if your home is managed by a property management group (or landlord). Please reach out to your landlord to ensure they submit payment.&nbsp;<br><br><strong>Fees are due February 1st <\/strong>and GFL trash service will be cancelled if not received in time.&nbsp;A late fee of 10% will be due before trash service is reinstated. If you prefer to use another trash company, only submit the HOA portion of dues totaling $12.00.<br>Read to pay now? GFL has confirmed the&nbsp;continuation of&nbsp;the monthly 10% gas surcharge, as the national fuel price remains above $3.50 per gallon. The annual budget will reflect trash service costs to be estimated at $63,057 \u2013 or $5,254.74 per month.<br><br>This is the final year of our contract with GFL, and the Board has begun researching service providers for comparison purposes. <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/milburnfieldsop.com\/home\/trash\" target=\"_blank\">Find more trash info&nbsp;on our website.<\/a><br><br><strong>2024 FEE BREAKDOWN:<\/strong> To account for the trash service price increase, the homeowner fees for each house is now $241 ($20.06 per month).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>GFL Trash &amp; Recycling $241.00<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>HOA Dues $12.00<br><em>Total Amount Due $253.00<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pay by Check:<\/strong> Make payable to Milburn Fields HOA. We typically meet on the first Thursday of each month &#8211; more information can be <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"http:\/\/milburnfieldsop.com\/home\/annual-meetings-2\" target=\"_blank\">found on our website here.<\/a>\u00a0The next meeting will be February 1st, at the Panera at 75th and Antioch at 6:30 pm.<br><strong>Interested in joining the Board?<\/strong> <br>We are going to be extending the invite to neighbors wishing to get involved!
