It’s not Thursday but that won’t stop us from sharing this “throwback” photo from one of the first Milburn Fields’ model homes! Even from this photo you can see how much times have changed – from the street signs to not seeing all the trees in the yards of our neighborhood.

Board Meetings: <\/strong>A quick reminder that monthly Board meetings are open to all! We try to meet on the first Thursday of each month – more information can be found on our website here.<\/a> Next meeting is this Thursday 11\/3.
By-laws update:<\/strong> We’ve discussed at our annual meeting that we are working to update and reformat our association’s bylaws to be easier to understand and consistent with other associations. We welcome you to review the working draft which we plan to review at the November Board meeting. The official Bylaws will be finalized for membership voting approval by the Annual Meeting next year.<\/a>
