I hope everyone had a great Memorial Day Weekend! The sun was out and the rain held off for a great few days. There has been some recent homes sold – please help welcome new neighbors. The Board also goes around and encourages them to sign up for our newsletters and to join our Milburn Fields Facebook group. If you aren’t in it, join here!<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The next yard of the month award goes to 7100 Conser! The Board awards each month a $25 gift card in recognition to homes that help keep our neighborhood beautiful with a well-maintained, fresh appearance. The perk of all the rain is that it helps keep our grass green and flowers blooming (albeit with more mowing).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
