We deposit checks received as quickly as possible but the quickest way to pay is on our website via PayPal. Please note there is a $7.00 service fee when paying by PayPal.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>February 7<sup>th&nbsp;<\/sup>is&nbsp;the extended deadline for payment.&nbsp;<\/strong> Your trash service will be discontinued if late&nbsp;and a&nbsp;10% penalty will be assessed prior to trash service reinstated. If you prefer to use another trash company, only submit the HOA portion of dues totaling $12.00.&nbsp;Make payable to Milburn Fields HOA.<br><br><strong>NEW:<\/strong> <strong>You can drop off your check in a sealed envelope to Justin at 7124 Conser.<\/strong><br>You may also mail to P.O. There are certain lot-size restrictions put forth by the city that limits a majority of our neighborhood, however there are some that could qualify.
