We&#8217;ll award a winner at the end of the year! <a href=\"https:\/\/www.opkansas.org\/events\/most-spirited-holiday-home\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">The City also does their own contest!<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The End-of-year planning has officially started! <\/strong>To ensure we have your correct&nbsp;contact information&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/milburnfieldsop.com\/home\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">please head to our website<\/a> and complete the form on the homepage if your information should be updated. Like last year, we will send the official dues letter via email if we have your email address. This helps us manage our postage costs. Thank you!<br><br>In 2019 the Board entered into contract with WCA (now GFL), and your HOA fees pay for year-round trash and recycling collection service. Your <strong>dues of $216.00 <\/strong>must be received by February 1<sup>st<\/sup>. If late, your trash service will be discontinued. A 10% penalty will be due before trash service is reinstated. If you prefer to use another trash company, only submit the HOA portion of dues totaling $12.00. Payment options are:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Pay by Check: <\/strong>Make payable to Milburn Fields HOA mail to P.O. Box 4277, Overland Park, KS 66204<\/li><li><strong>Pay by PayPal:<\/strong>&nbsp; Go to the HOA website at <a href=\"http:\/\/www.milburnfieldsop.com\">www.milburnfieldsop.com<\/a>. In the right-hand column, enter your address &amp; phone number in the boxes &amp; click the PAY NOW button. Please note there is a $7.00 service fee when paying by PayPal.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;<strong>There is no change in HOA dues or trash costs this year<\/strong>. You can pay today!&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>We want your help designing our Neighborhood Signage!&nbsp;<\/strong><br>As we&#8217;ve previously mentioned, we would like to work with the City to install Milburn Fields signage around our neighborhood. These will be placed strategically around the boundaries on our brand new light poles within our neighborhood.
