The time and location info is below! We hope everyone in the neighborhood comes this year &#8211; we will be\u00a0asking for your vote\u00a0on several updates.\u00a0 We will be mailing out a letter within the next couple weeks that will announce specifically the items to vote on so you can be informed before the meeting. Put it on your calendars today!<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>March 28th (Saturday)<\/li>\n<li>10:30 am &#8211; 12:30 pm<\/li>\n<li>Location: Overland Park Assembly of God (75th and Robinson)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Marty Pool Meeting: <\/strong>The meeting was well attended last week. There were\u00a0many of our Milburn Fields residents, but also many\u00a0others that live near the fire station and\u00a0Marty\u00a0pool.\u00a0It was organized by our City Council Ward members, and Holly Grummert shared some of her comments\u00a0(<a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/HollyforOP\/posts\/3068868219791372\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-cke-saved-href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/HollyforOP\/posts\/3068868219791372\">I shared her Facebook post here<\/a>). The main presenter was Bryan Tobin from OP Parks and Rec. and his presentation can be found on the Marty Pool page on the OP website. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.opkansas.org\/recreation-fun\/pools-swimming\/pools\/marty-pool\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-cke-saved-href=\"https:\/\/www.opkansas.org\/recreation-fun\/pools-swimming\/pools\/marty-pool\/\">Find information here.<\/a>\u00a0Also in attendance was\u00a0OP City Fire Chief. He discussed the plan for rebuilding the Marty Firehouse.\u00a0A large part of the discussion was the\u00a0plans for renovating Young&#8217;s Pool, the overall performance and attendance for each of the pools in OP.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Street Reconstruction<\/strong>: The HOA Board has met with the city forester to\u00a0discuss a potential plan for replacing trees that will be affected by the street replacement project. We&#8217;ve also had a meeting to discuss street trees and sidewalks with a landscape architect that lives in the city.
