It’s Super Bowl Month – Go CHIEFS!<\/h1>\n

For the first time in 50 years the KC Chiefs are in the big game – best of luck to the Kingdom! The city and Milburn Fields will be cheering them on, that’s for sure!<\/p>\n

Annual Dues:\u00a0<\/strong>a friendly reminder, the HOA dues for 2020 are to be received by March 1st (if late, a fee may be assessed).\u00a0A digital version of the letter mailed last month\u00a0is here.<\/a>\u00a0 You may mail payment to:\u00a0P.O. Box 4277 Overland Park, Kansas 66204.\u00a0You may also\u00a0pay directly on our website!<\/a>\u00a0The Paypal form asks for your name and home address, and\u00a0is on the right-hand side of the home page\u00a0if you are on your computer. If you are viewing on your mobile phone, the form is at the bottom of the page. Note: Paypal charges a $7 fee.<\/p>\n

Annual HOA Meeting:<\/strong>\u00a0date is set for a Saturday this year, on March 28th<\/sup>.\u00a0Time and location to be confirmed soon! We hope everyone in the neighborhood comes this year – there will be lots to cover, discuss, and vote on.<\/p>\n

Marty Pool Meeting: <\/strong>February 24th<\/sup> at 6:30 PM at Matt Ross Community Center.\u00a0Organized by our City Council Ward members, Logan Heley and Holly Grummert, with special guests of the OP City Fire Chief, City Recreation Director and city Assistant Manager. They\u00a0will discuss the future plans for the building of the new fire station and potential plans for Marty Pool. Milburn Fields and other neighborhoods are invited!<\/p>\n
