Be on the lookout next week for the official HOA letter in your mail boxes. It will contain\u00a0great neighborhood information for the year and the\u00a0directions to pay the 2020 HOA yearly dues.<\/p>\n<p>There was a lot of information that we were able to obtain at the Public Works meeting last month and\u00a0the Milburn Fields website has a new section that outlines the latest updates. Click here to\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/milburnfieldsop.com\/home\/streets\">review the latest information available on our website!<\/a>\u00a0We encourage everyone in the neighborhood to stay involved &#8211; the HOA will be working with various city officials to stay involved and we are preparing to send out a survey to get your feedback in regards to Tree Replacement plans and the Street Reconstruction Project.<\/p>\n<p><strong>We have great news for Yard Waste Pickup for 2020!<\/strong>\u00a0 The HOA was able to negotiate with WCA for year-round pickup for Yard Waste at no additional cost.\u00a0That means starting this week, WCA will be back to collecting yard waste each week.
