Annual HOA Meeting:<\/strong>\u00a0The HOA Board has been at work putting together an agenda for the 2019 neighborhood meeting and are excited to share some of the items and details that\u00a0plan to be discussed.\u00a0The meeting will be next month, on\u00a0April 4th at 6:30 PM at the Overland Park First Assembly of God.\u00a0 It is the same location as last year – 7700 W. 75th St., at the corner of Robinson and 75th.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n You can RSVP on the neighborhood Facebook event – Click Here ><\/a><\/p>\n <\/p>\n We have important HOA items\u00a0to discuss and vote on – your attendance and participation is appreciated,\u00a0and your input is beneficial for all.<\/p>\n We have some great\u00a0speakers lined up!\u00a0Here is who we have planned and the topics they plan to discuss:<\/p>\n Be on the lookout for a letter with more details!<\/p>\n Neighborhood Housekeeping Notes:<\/strong><\/p>\n Please be aware of you pets.\u00a0 Cats roaming and dogs barking can create unease and an annoyance for your neighbors. The HOA by-laws state that a household should have no more than 2 dogs and the City of OP has an number of regulations concerning animals, barking dogs, and dog waste. Contact the city to report any issues here: Animal Control<\/a>.<\/p>\n Please stow trash bins out of sight. The city states trash bins need to be out of sight from the front of your home. The HOA does report improper trash bin storage & may result in a fine to the resident from the city.
