The BLIZZARD of 2018 has come and gone!\u00a0 \u00a0<\/strong><\/h1>\n

The trash service will have its final pick up of yard waste on\u00a0December 14th<\/u>.\u00a0 Hopefully the weather will allow for\u00a0any last-chance clean up efforts with some leaves that are still hanging around. Remember, WCA will take up to 10 brown paper bags of yard waste and leaves per household.<\/p>\n

HOA Board News:<\/strong>\u00a0Karen Clark is transitioning Treasurer duties to River Tempelin this month.\u00a0 We thank and appreciate Karen for her diligent work ethic and commitment to the Board.\u00a0 She will be the new Welcome Committee Chair.<\/p>\n

The HOA wants to remind you:\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong>The city has a leash law.\u00a0 Please make sure that dogs don’t stray off their leash into the yards of your neighbors, also make sure to bring a bag so that you can clean up after your pets. Click here for\u00a0the city rules.<\/a><\/p>\n

The last HOA\u00a0Yard of the Month contest will be this month, this time with the best holiday decor presentation.\u00a0The City of Overland Park is doing a city-wide contest<\/a>, however this will be the chance for neighborhood bragging rights and a small\u00a0gift card prize to Target.\u00a0 The HOA will resume the YOTM in 2019 starting in May.<\/p>\n
