{"id":1048,"date":"2018-04-03T11:39:46","date_gmt":"2018-04-03T16:39:46","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/milburnfieldsop.com\/home\/?page_id=1048"},"modified":"2024-12-03T11:02:54","modified_gmt":"2024-12-03T17:02:54","slug":"communications","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"http:\/\/milburnfieldsop.com\/home\/communications","title":{"rendered":"Contact the Board"},"content":{"rendered":"<header class=\"entry-header\">\n<p class=\"entry-title\">The Milburn Fields HOA Board is\u00a0comprised of seven (7) unpaid volunteers, defined as Directors in our by-laws, who serve a two year term, and are dedicated to our neighborhood and those things that make it such a great place to live.<\/p>\n<p class=\"entry-title\">Directors are elected at the Annual Meeting based on odd and even years and Director position number.\u00a0 Directors 1, 3, 5, &amp; 7 are elected on odd years and Directors 2, 4, &amp; 6 are elected on even years.<\/p>\n<p class=\"entry-title\">Directors then select officers annually at the next board meeting following the annual meeting. If you are a resident, either owner, renter, or landlord, and would like to receive our monthly newsletter, please send us your name, address, phone number, and email address to <a href=\"mailto:milburnfieldsjoco@gmail.com\">milburnfieldsjoco@gmail.com<\/a>.
